How are you doing, peeps? It continues to be A Time and the intensity hasn’t really let up. And if that wasn’t enough we have entered Mercury Retrograde shadow (already making itself known — I tried many times to send this newsletter out earlier!!) and are around the corner from Eclipse season. Whew. At least Spring is starting to emerge, right? Never underestimate the power of sunlight and a warm day — these “little things” can really go a longways amidst the aforementioned conditions.
It’s actually a really powerful practice of consciously connecting to the Earth — and not the World which is a very different thing. The Earth is our home, our provider, and the truth. The World is the collective consciousness, made up of the collective agreements and constructs that shape our experience on the Earth, for better or for worse. It feels like truth, and in a way it is because we make it so, but it is inauthentic which is why it feels false and/or bad so much of the time.
The image above is my rendition of this — yes, I painted it and it is one of the cards from my upcoming Oracle Deck 🤓 You can see the true Earth and its vibrance, and also the grid of the World overlaid. Because The World Grid is there, it is harder to see the detail and beauty of the planet, and it is blocking out the light of the stars. Both exist. Both shape our experience. We get to choose which one we want to ground and function from.
It takes a lot of practice, discipline and devotion to recognize the differences and be able to move through both planes of existence simultaneously without getting caught up in fear and forgetting our light and truth, or disconnecting/spiritually bypassing from what’s actually going on in our World. It’s a constant navigation and recalibration and some days will be easier than others. The truth is, this is what we came here for. To remember our own divine natures and experience the beauty and bounty of the Earth and also to be part of the World to learn and experience what we need according to the soul’s plans, and contribute our knowledge, wisdom and light to shift the collective. Every day provides us with the opportunity to do so. And it is so overwhelming at times! Partly because this is something that generally hasn’t been explained or taught while we were growing up. Starting small and simple is really the most manageable way. Here are some suggestions!
Being aware of and feeling the ground beneath your feet
Having a daily grounding practice
Noticing and adjusting the breath during different times of the day
Tuning into the natural sounds around you (rain, wind, birds, etc.)
Looking at the greenery around you, even if it’s an office plant or sidewalk tree
Remembering that even in the most urban of areas we are surrounded by earth - buildings are made of steel, wood, brick, glass - all earth materials
Knowing the origins of your food and tools
These are so easy, right? Easy to do — easy to dismiss as well. That dismissal is a World habit, you know!! And it's true that often we need more than this too. The above suggestions act as grease to the daily grind, and when you need a deep cleaning or overhaul you can get that too by having a session or taking classes to develop deeper skills.

This month, I am holding my Spring 13th Octave LaHoChi Practitioner Trainings. There are two ways to take this training — in-person in NYC on March 23rd and online on March 30th. This is THE practice and modality that has supported me in connecting to and grounding my light into my body and the Earth, and has opened and illuminated the path into the unknown.
As always, you can book a 1:1 healing session online or in-person whenever you need! There is no wrong or right choice; only what calls to you. And I offer packages too.
Well, thanks for reading and for being here. I hope this reflection helped in some way. Keep in touch and may the Spring deliver to us the blessings, manifestations and growth that we have been working and wishing for.
